Miranda Hinchman is the founding member of Kentucky Home Team and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Kentucky. She had degrees in marketing and communications from the University of Kentucky. With over 15 years of experience she guides the team. In addition to residential real estate she also has longterm and short term rentals. Miranda has 2 youngboys, Liam age 4 and Lachlan age 2. She loves travel, time with family and great books.

 

 

Tyler Smith is a licensed real estate agent and has a background in hospitality as well as a degree from the University of Kentucky. He has a true commitment to service. Tyler prides himself on his attention to detail and clear communication and is well versed at helping the teams buyers and sellers. Personally, enjoys physical fitness and competitive challenges like triathlons. He has been known to run a race with a broken foot! He and his wife, Alexis, are recently married. They enjoy time at the lake, camping and hunting.

 

 

Shawn Withers is a licensed real estate agent and has a degree from St Louis University. Shawn has spent many years in leadership roles and is great at seeing the big picture for both the team and our clients. In addition real estate he has interests in music, art and St Louis sports. Shawn and Miranda have their two sons, Liam and Lachlan.

 

 

Amanda Garland is a licensed real estate agent and serves the team through marketing and administration.  She is also an asset in regards to the teams social media and communications. Amanda also assists with a variety of responsibilities related to the team’s buyers and sellers. She is a cat lover, enjoys staying active and being in nature.
